As many patients are aware we have incorporated the PATIENT PORTAL as an additional outreach to our patients. With the advent of electronic medical records, we can now offer our patients the convenience of enrolling in our patient portal to securely request refills, copies of labwork, or non-emergency questions via their computer. Questions of an URGENT nature still require a phone call, but the patient portal allows for the flexibility necessary with today's busy lifestyle.
